Image Overlays With Text

"Final Masquerade"
Tearing me apart with words you wouldn't say,
And suddenly tomorrow's a moment washed away.
'Cause I don't have a reason, and you don't have the time,
But we both keep on waiting for something we won't find.

The light on the horizon was brighter yesterday,
With shadows floating over, the scars begin to fade.
We said it was forever but then it slipped away,
Standing at the end of the final masquerade.

The final masquerade!

All I ever wanted, the secrets that you keep,
All you've ever wanted, the truth I couldn't speak.
'Cause I can't see forgiveness, and you can't see the crime,
And we both keep on waiting for what we left behind.

The light on the horizon was brighter yesterday,
With shadows floating over, the scars begin to fade.
We said it was forever but then it slipped away,
Standing at the end of the final masquerade.

The final masquerade!
The final masquerade!
Standing at the end of the final masquerade!

The light on the horizon was brighter yesterday,
With shadows floating over, the scars begin to fade.
We said it was forever but then it slipped away,
Standing at the end of the final masquerade.

Standing at the end of the final masquerade!
Standing at the end of the final masquerade!
The final masquerade!

From this assignment I have learned a lot about how to properly capture motion. I have also learned the different ways to show motion and put those methods into my photos above. I think this will really help with taking motion pictures in the future.

Motion Planning

Plan:
I think for writing with light it would be cool to do something like outlining someone with light or outline their face. For either panning or blurred, i want to have Ally run or Amanda dance or something like that. Then for zoom i want plant life in the background and someone in the middle or have a cool background like the painting on the courtyard. And for frozen, i want someone to jump off of something.

Lighting Final

Existing Light- Front

Natural Light- Direct Light

This is my little brother Bennett and he is important in my life because he does a lot of things with me like play soccer or basketball and does other little things like getting my phone charger for me that make me really appreciate him.

Bennett is an outgoing, goofy, and all around happy kid which explains all of the weird faces and his constant smile. He is also a sports junky/ Daredevil and is constantly outside with a soccer ball or basketball or riding his bike so i thought it would be a good idea for him to do some tricks outside with the soccer ball and to climb the tree. Thats also why i took a lot of pictures of him outside not only for the lighting but also because thats where he likes to be most. And even though he is quiet outgoing he still has his little shy and independent side which is shown in the first picture where he is kind of hiding behind the fence posts and in the fourth picture with him on his phone.

This unit has effected my photography a lot and has shown me the importance of good lighting and how an improvement in lighting can make a huge improvement of the photo. It makes me want to take the time to find good lighting before taking a photo instead of just pointing and shooting.
